Delivery

We pack every Luna & Leaf order with care so it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Packaging & presentation
Orders under £20 are sent in an eco mailer to reduce unnecessary packaging. These orders are not gift wrapped or boxed.
Larger orders and bundles are packaged in boxes to ensure items arrive safely and are neatly presented.

Order processing
Orders are packed within 1 to 2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

UK delivery
We currently ship within the UK only. Orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Free tracked delivery for orders over £40

Tracked delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24/48) £3.50 - 1 to 3 working days after dispatch (Royal Mail Tracked 24/48)

Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your order.
All charges are shown before payment.

Tracking
If you choose a tracked service, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Gift orders
Sending a gift?

Prices are never shown on packing slips.
Gift bundles are packed ready to gift.

Orders can be sent directly to the recipient.
If you’d like to include a short handwritten message on the back of our insert, please add this at checkout.

Address details
Please double check your delivery address before placing your order.
We’re unable to take responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
