We want you to love every piece from Luna & Leaf. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns Window
You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items or opened baby products: including pacifiers, teethers, and bottles—unless they arrive faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@lunaandleafbaby.co.uk with your order number, a brief description, and photographs if possible. We'll make it right.

How to Return
Email us at hello@lunaandleafbaby.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and your reason. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Return Postage
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Please use a tracked service as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Original postage costs are non-refundable.

Gift Bundles
Bundles must be returned complete and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
