Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Luna & Leaf order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. As a small UK business, we keep our returns policy clear, fair and friendly.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of delivery if they are:

• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items or on baby products such as pacifiers, teethers or bottles once opened, unless they are faulty.

 

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

• Your order number
• A brief description
• Photos (if possible)

We’ll always aim to put this right quickly.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@lunaandleafbaby.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• The reason for return

We’ll reply with next steps.

Return postage

• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility (unless faulty)
• Please use a tracked service
• We can’t be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

• Once received and checked:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 working days
• Original postage costs are non-refundable

Gift bundles

Bundles must be returned complete to qualify for a refund.
