Product Care & Use

How do I wash muslin squares and bibs?

Our muslin squares and bibs are machine washable at 40°C. We recommend washing before first use and using a gentle, baby-friendly detergent.
They can be tumble dried on a low setting or line dried. Muslin naturally becomes softer with each wash.

Will the muslins shrink?

As with most natural cotton products, slight shrinkage of around 5% may occur after the first wash. We’ve allowed for this in the sizing, so your 70 × 70 cm muslins remain generously sized.

How do I care for teethers, soothers and clips?

Natural rubber teethers and soothers should be cleaned with warm water and mild soap, then air dried. Please do not sterilise, microwave or place in the dishwasher, as heat can damage natural rubber.

Pacifier clips should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and left to air dry. Always check clips before each use and discard if there are any signs of wear or damage.

Are your products suitable for newborns?

Yes. All products we stock are suitable from birth unless stated otherwise on the product page. We prioritise materials that are gentle and appropriate for delicate newborn skin.

How many muslin squares do I need?

Most parents find 12 to 18 muslins work well for everyday use, allowing for feeding, changes and washing cycles. Our multipacks are designed to give you a practical starting point.

Orders & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days.
UK delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days via Royal Mail once dispatched. Tracking details are provided as soon as your order is on its way.

How are orders packaged?

All orders are carefully packed using recyclable or recycled packaging wherever possible. Smaller orders may arrive in an eco mailer, while bundles are boxed to ensure items arrive safely and neatly presented.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don’t currently offer gift wrapping. However, our products are thoughtfully packaged and suitable for gifting as they are.
If your order is being sent directly to someone else, you can leave a note at checkout and we’ll ensure no pricing information is included.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to modify it.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your order for a refund and place a new order for your preferred option.

Are your products organic?

Some of our products are made from natural materials such as cotton and natural rubber. Not all items are certified organic, but each product is carefully chosen for its materials, quality and suitability for everyday use.

What do you mean by “safer” products?

We aim to offer thoughtfully chosen baby essentials that reduce unnecessary exposure to plastics and harsher materials where possible.
This isn’t about perfection. Just considered choices, made one product at a time.

Are your soothers and clips safe?

Yes. All soothers and clips we stock meet relevant UK and European safety standards and are suitable for everyday use when used as intended. We select products from trusted brands and always recommend adult supervision.
