Delivery & Shipping

We pack every Luna & Leaf order with care so it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

UK delivery
We currently ship within the UK only.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Standard delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
Tracked delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
All charges are shown before payment.

Tracking
If you choose a tracked service, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Gift orders
Prices are never shown on packing slips.
Gift bundles are packed ready to gift.
If you’d like to include a short message, please add this at checkout.
